Delegating, communicating....communicating again......and again......and again, and holding people accountable are keys to any successful implementation.  Having clearly defined goals and metrics in place that are intended to focus the effort on the outcome will help you achieve whatever growth you are looking to achieve.  The ability to keep groups of people on the same path and focused on the end goal is as much an art as it is a science.  Growth and success are not accidental or ?by chance?.  Great processes and great clarity of direction are instrumental in successfully growing your business!

Panelist:  Joe Moon, Co-Founder & Co-Owner;  Velocity Technology Partners and Commercial Agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty

Joe started Velocity Technology Partners 15 years ago.  His company has gone from fixing computers for friends and family to managing technology systems for small businesses, hospital systems, and global corporations.  Today not only does Joe still own Velocity, but he also is the co-owner of  a commercial real estate investment firm, a retail store, a consulting company and a business brokerage company.  Joe believes that developing the right processes in a business moves you from owning a job to truly owning a business.  In fact, the true value of a small business can simply be measured in whether or not the owner can step out of the business and it still succeed.  Strong processes and systems are the foundation to any healthy organization.
