Please join The Athens Area Chamber of Commerce for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the new ownership of CrossFit Liberate.  Liberate's mission is to foster fun and fellowship through fitness.  Tailored programs include welcoming large group settings, personal training, small group training, and nutrition coaching, all in the context of a family environment with childcare, personal challenges and competitions, and amazing support! CrossFit Liberate is dedicated to providing the Athens area and beyond the ultimate health and fitness journey by offering the benefits of CrossFit to everyone in the community regardless of previous athletic background or ability.
