Name: U.S. Chamber of Commerce : The Role of Barbers and Stylists in Community Health
Date: June 28, 2021
Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT
Brought to you by: U.S. Chamber Foundation
Event Description:

For communities across the country, barber shops and hair salons play a critical role as micro-community centers—helping clients not only look and feel their best, but also facilitating important conversations on current events, politics, health, and more.

Join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, in partnership with Barbicide, as we convene industry leaders and experts for conversations on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the industry, the disproportionate impact on communities of color, what economic and business recovery looks like over the next year, and the role barbers and stylists have in contributing to public health and community well-being.
