The Assistant Director in the Office for Student Success and Achievement (OSSA), a unit of Instruction, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of various programs and initiatives aimed at supporting students. Collaborating with the director and other stakeholders, the Assistant Director will manage and innovate scholar, first-generation, and rural student programming. This position reports to the Director of OSSA.
