"That was a moment where we became more than coworkers - we became family," Stacey recalls. "Everyone pitched in, not because they had to, but because they cared." 

Beyond their day-to-day operations, Rainbow Restoration of Athens exemplifies generosity. When an elderly customer's insurance denied her claim for a water-damaged home, the crew volunteered their time, working weekends to restore her property without charging her. "We knew we couldn't just walk away," says Jim. "Doing the right thing was more important than profit. 

This kind of compassion defines the Caseys' approach to both business and community service. Over the years, they've partnered with local nonprofits, donated time and resources, and built lasting relationships with clients and organizations. Their leadership extends beyond Athens, as they mentor new franchise owners through Rainbow's Field Training Program. 

As they look to the future, the Caseys are preparing for even more growth. Moving to a larger facility and expanding their contents division, they are ready to continue serving the community they love. Their son Jackson, who grew up watching them build the business, has now joined the family operation, ready to bring fresh ideas and energy to the company.
