Athens Beer Lovers Set to Cruise the Beermuda Triangle in Local Brewery Crawl!

Athenians are preparing to cruise The Beermuda Triangle, with a walking brewery crawl
on Sunday, November 9th, featuring three beloved Athens local breweries!

Athentic Brewing is teaming up with Creature Comforts and Normaltown Brewing, to host the first annual “Beermuda Triangle” brewery crawl.

Participants can start the crawl at Creature Comforts, where sign-ups open at 1pm. Then they’ll enjoy a drink as well as get the first of three specialty glasses. Participants are also encouraged to wear costumes from tropical cruisers, to pirate gear, to anything else nautically whimsical!

At 1:45 folks will be led by a local Athens celebrity and walk to Normaltown Brewing for part 2 of the brewery crawl. Once at Normaltown, participants can enjoy another beer or beverage, with Normaltown releasing a new IPA to celebrate the occasion! Participants can also secure their second commemorative cup of the brewery crawl here.

Finally, at 3:30, participants will walk the final leg of the crawl to Athentic Brewing, where folks can end the crawl with a beer or cocktail and receive the final of the three commemorative glasses. Also at Athentic, those who “survived” The Beermuda Triangle crawl (any participants who made it to all three breweries) will get a special prize to commemorate their efforts!
