CBUR REALTOR® Earns National Association of REALTORS® Diversity Certifications

May 2023 (Athens, GA). Peggy Thrasher Law, REALTOR® of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, earns the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification presented by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and completes the NAR Fairhaven: Fair Housing Simulation.
According to the NAR, the AHWD coursework prepares REALTORS® to successfully work in a rapidly changing multicultural market by understanding diversity sensitivity and how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws.
The NAR Fairhaven: Fair Housing Simulation is an innovative training platform in which REALTORS® can learn to identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate. The simulation was inspired by true experiences and allows the student to better understand and combat discrimination in the homebuying process.
