May 2023 (Athens, GA). Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty President and Broker, Charlie Upchurch III accepted the Big Hearted Award on behalf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty at the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference on March 30, 2023, in Chicago.
 
The Big Hearted Award is presented to the office which has made the most significant and impactful contribution to community service throughout the year. Out of approximately 200 CBC companies worldwide, CBC Upchurch Realty was honored to receive this esteemed award.
