September 2023 (Athens, GA). Debra Casto joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.
Casto begins her real estate career following over 30 years in retail service. During her tenure, Casto served in retail management and worked to hone her customer service and communication skills. In addition to being an alumnus of the Upchurch School of Real Estate and a licensed REALTOR®, Casto received a degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
Although originally from Orange Beach, Alabama, Casto currently resides with her family in Statham, GA. In her free time, she enjoys attending classes at Pure Barre, and considers herself to be a fitness enthusiast. She is a mother, wife, and an active member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church in Bogart.
Casto believes that owning a home in the Athens area means getting the best of both worlds; a small town feel with big city amenities and culture. She aims to assist her clients with excellent customer service and open communication.
