February 2021 (Athens, GA). Linda Baker joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.



Linda Baker is a proud agent with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty.  After becoming licensed, she chose the firm because of their outstanding reputation in the community and the real estate industry.
 
With 14 years of mortgage lending experience, personal real estate investments of her own, and a thriving estate sale consulting business, Baker has a varied knowledge of what makes the buying and selling experiences smooth. Her firsthand knowledge of the lending side of real estate works to her clients’ advantage when it is time to negotiate and get the best deal whether buying or selling. Baker enjoys helping Buyers find their dream home and assisting Sellers through the process of selling their properties.  Her goal is to work diligently and honestly for the clients she represents. She is committed to being available and considerate of her clients’ time and their needs.
 
Baker currently resides at the Georgia Club in Statham with her husband, Jon Baker, who graduated from the charter class of Engineering at Mercer University in Macon. Together they own Templeton and Associates, which specializes in outfitting water treatment facilities throughout the Southeast. When not working, Linda and Jon enjoy all the Georgia Club has to offer including tennis, golf and more recently - pickleball!
