September 2023 (Athens, GA). Luis Moreno joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.
Moreno began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty; however, his professional career began at an early age in his family’s restaurants. Moreno earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Georgia Southern. Following graduation, he worked on the crisis negotiations team with the UGAPD while completing his master’s degree in criminal justice and criminology.
In his free time, Moreno enjoys traveling with his wife, and commemorating his travels through photography of nature and architecture. He has a passion for fitness, producing music, playing competitive sports and working on vintage project cars.
Moreno brings a plethora of experiences and skills from his various past careers to his real estate business. Including the ability to understand people’s needs, listen attentively and find solutions while under pressure. He is dedicated to effective communication and works to establish relationships that foster a safe and supportive environment for his clients to achieve their real estate dreams.
