Break out the wine glasses and get ready for a weekend of exquisite taste, as Athens Wine Weekend returns to The Classic Center, February 7-9, 2025.

The event kicks off on Friday evening with an Amuse-Bouche, or “A Little Surprise,” featuring several talented chefs from Athens area restaurants. Each chef offers a sampling of their cooking artistry paired with the perfect wine to arouse the palate.

During Saturday afternoon’s Grand Tasting, participants can peruse and sample wines from around the world. While you sip and stroll, dive into one of the many wine tasting classes, such as “Paso Robles Paso'bilities,” to expand your knowledge and learn from the best local wine educators. Ready for a culinary experience like no other? End the evening with tickets to our Gourmet Dinner, an incredible multi-course meal complemented by the wines of Orin Swift of California.

Round out the weekend with Sunday’s Sparkling Wine Brunch and enjoy specialty mimosas and a delicious breakfast buffet.

Make the most of your weekend with our Full Bottle or Half Carafe ticket packages, including hotel accommodations and event tickets. New this year is the Pours & Pints package, offering discounted general admission to both Grand Tasting and the upcoming Athens Beer Fest on April 6, 2025.
