Historic Athens Opens “Christmas in July” Ticket Sales for 2025 Holiday Gala: Boulevard in Lights

ATHENS, Ga.,– Historic Athens has launched Christmas in July early bird ticket sales for its longest-running tradition: the Historic Athens Holiday Gala, presented by Jarrett Martin Group. This year’s event, Boulevard in Lights, returns to the Boulevard Historic District on Saturday, December 14, offering guests access to some of the district’s beautiful and historic homes.
Now through July 31, early bird specials include:
  •  VIP 4-Pack – $475 (save $125)
  • VIP 2-Pack – $250 (save $50)
  • General Admission 2-Pack – $130 (save $30)
The Main Event runs from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, featuring historic home tours, trolley rides, live carolers, gourmet holiday bites by Epting Catering, wines from The Lark Winespace, and a Wine & Whiskey Pull. A silent auction will offer unique local goods and exclusive travel experiences, with proceeds supporting preservation efforts across Athens.

From 7:00 to 9:00 PM, VIP guests will continue the celebration at The Athenian, Athens’ newest boutique inn located in the restored Stevens‑Thomas House, winner of the 2025 Historic Athens Outstanding Rehabilitation Award. The party includes an open bar, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and an exciting live auction. Athens Trolley Tours will provide complimentary transportation between venues.

Event sponsors are still needed for the Gala, and all sponsors receive recognition across print, digital, and social media platforms. Last year’s online reach topped 1.5 million. Sponsorship levels include:
  • Silent Auction Sponsor (1 available) $3,000: Includes naming rights, logo placement throughout the auction tent, social media spotlight, press and website recognition, VIP auction preview, and six VIP tickets.
  • Contributing Sponsor (6 available)– $1,500 : Includes logo placement in a host home, branding in all promotional materials, press recognition, VIP auction preview, and four VIP tickets.
