Upchurch School of Real Estate Enrollment Open For Fall 2024 Pre-Licensing Course

May 2024 (Athens, GA). Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty announces enrollment availability for the Upchurch School of Real Estate 75-Hour Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course for Fall 2024. 
 

The course begins on August 5, 2024, and concludes on November 14, 2024. The class meets Monday and Thursday evening from 6:00PM to 9:15PM at the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty Office. Only 30 spots are available in the course for the semester.
 

The Upchurch School of Real Estate offers early bird pricing of $399 prior to July 29, 2024. Following the conclusion of the early bird period, the cost will be $475 per student. This cost includes instruction as well as course materials. 
 

Students interested in taking the Georgia Real Estate Licensing Exam must complete a pre-licensing course prior to completing the official examination. The Upchurch School of Real Estate is a part of the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty company in Athens, Georgia.
